How to Estus Cancel

Commonly known as Estus Cancelling, this tech is basically Animation Priority. Movement animation has higher priority than consume animation, so when timed correctly it cuts consumption's animation. Slowing down the video may help with observation.
Steps to Execute:

1) Face a direction anywhere but directly to the target you will lock onto,
2) Input the Estus,
3) Lock onto the target,
4) Input any movement direction. The consumable's animation is forced to end.
