I've learned that ive been talking to my higher self all along. Waking me up at 2 or 3 am to teach me the truth and prepare myself for this particular time. In the padt people thought I was weird to "talk to myself " well, I'm actually speaking to my higher self all along and learning and being guided. I'm on such an amazing journey and I very much look forward transformation to my true feminine self. ❤ Unconditional Love and Light to All ❤️ ✨️

I absolutely loved this experience. i was skeptical but at the end of the meditation I felt an unexplainable feeling of joy, my face almost unwillingly turned to a smile and I started smiling like something really good had just happened to me, like I was hearing really good news, my smile and joy were so big I even started laughing, like I had heard a really good joke. At one point I was asking myself "what am I so happy about? why can't I stop smiling?", really beautiful sensation, neved have I had an experience like this in some years of meditating.
It might have been that I have not been meditating a lot lately, and I might have been way too focussed on the physical, that suddenly remembering the feeling of freedom that meditation gives you was something to be happy about, and laughed because of how stupid I've been this past few months not feeling like this.

I have really connected with my higher self a few times now. It would happen when i was already in a higher frequency state (usually after a very deep and spuritual conversation with others or a meditation like this)
The first time felt like a very intense energy going through my upper body starting from the crown of my head, and to my heart. It was so special i had tears in my eyes.
By now i can really communicate with my soul. I know my souls name, after asking, and i can ask questions and i will get clear answers pretty fast. I am super excited to keep practicing this ability. Everyone is capable of doing this so keep trying! 🤗

thank you. I connected again with my higher self and experienced something i never did before, kinda strange. I just began crying while meditating, idk what i felt i just felt some tingling sensation in my body all over and it was warmth. I love my higher self.

I felt like something was pulling me and I felt light connect me with something and I just felt like I was floating it was so weird and definitely a first haha I think I’ll be doing this again, thanksss

The attainment of higher self is possible with first the pre-eminent belief in it. Belief is like a hypothesis of making way to a destination unknown. A space organization venturing into a new planet first makes sure of the dimension through hypothesis and belief. One can still be an empty mind but possess a great ability of compliance, empty mind is a gift...
