hi..may ask..i tried to follow your procedure online. but i notice that the when i was in the preferences there was no box for hair and eyes color and race. upon filling up when I'm on the payment part..it was always said ther was an error. and when i check my details..it said that i have missing fingerprint card and missing payment. do you know..or is ther anyone here know what to do? can you please help me? i am currently in the philippines. Hi brother I'm staying in US but came to India for a vacation & got a mail from Canada last night that we need to submit pcc. So the question is, is this the same process for US pcc outside of US from any country? Or the process changes depending on the country from where you apply( is this the same when you apply for US pcc from India as well)

I work in cruise line. So I need to travel different countries for 6-7 months. I have US C1-d ( crew ) Visa. Though I don't live in any country I stay inside the ship. In that case police clearance certificate is required from any countries? ( Except my home country which is India ) Or letter of explanation is good enough to clarify it while submitting my file to IRCC? Sometimes my entry port in one country and exit port is another country But I never stayed any country more than 6 months... But if I need FBI clearance then can I apply it from india and what is the process? And also in mailing option can I use ink ( black / blue ) for finger print? Thank you

Thnk you soo much. U made the procedure Very easy n clearly explained. I did all by myself. Toke my own prints and submitted and recieved pcc also with in 1 week. Keep the 1st email with the link n pin saved becz u will get the pcc from that link n pin.
