I've had my ass grabbed just like this by a woman when I was a waitstaff. I turned around and looked her right in the eyes and said "The first time is free, but after that you gotta pay." She laughed awkwardly, realizing in her head that it was not an ok thing to do, and understood the point i was making (I think?). I didnt make a scene or call the police. I was just assertive in my tone and tried to emphasize that it was NOT cool. I assume she felt kind of embarassed at her behavior. She was very ass kissy, and sheepish after I called her out, and she also left a grossly high tip which I considered the "Groper's Tax".
