Don't know what fight everyone watched but I saw a different fight. I watched the last 4 rounds first, the commentators had the fight over and Jones with a shutout, but I gave Toney the last 4 rounds, 9 thru 12. I won't see the other rounds 'til later.
The commentators brainwashed people into believing Jones dominated, and after seeing only 4 rounds I can already tell you it never happened. Knockdown didn't happen either. I have a feeling that Toney won this fight.

Disagree with nearly every word they said the entire fight. They were so biased for Roy that it was childish. With the benefit of 4 slow motion replays, neither commentator knows what they saw. The claim of a knockdown is ridiculous.
Jones landed a soft hook that my grandma could take. His follow thru on the punch landed him on Toney hard. Toney didn't move a millimeter after hit by the punch, he began moving when Jones crashed down on him. In that situation, there is no knockdown. All of Toney's back peddling was a direct result of the body block by Jones.

To be clear; there was no knockdown in this fight.

After the 9th or so round James Tony looks so dejected in his corner lol.

He's like realizing he's completely outclassed.... this gives me respect for Tony though, it's a sign of intelligence to admit something like that to yourself.

Roy in his prime was something super super special. What a time to be alive!!! Thank God for blessing us with all the beautiful masters of their crafts…. However, Larry Merchant was never one of them… 👎

prime rjj is superior to prime floyd mayweather. rjj is the greatest boxer puncher ever. no tells, such short punches, any angle, all with such sudden speed and power, from any position, perfectly accurate, can fight equally well moving forwards or backwards, tremendous combinations, always coming in and out on angles, transitions smoothly between long range and in tight defensively.

but wtf is jones weird habit of pulling at his waistband compulsively? how could such a dangerous habit which lowers your hands not be drilled out of you by your coaches by this point? unless it's a bait to make his opponents think he's distracted, and therefore open to be attacked?

rjj ability to pop backwards on angles and throw hook combination counters on tony's lowered head let jones control toney. Toney knew everytime he pressed he would get stung, and he didn't like getting hit as much as he claimed, so he didn't press enough to tire jones -- if that's even possible.

Lol the arrogant, mouthy one was badly out played and boxed. he needed a new trainer. I saw everything coming, how it would play out on fight night. I recall saying back in the day how I would've prepared him differently, and I'm no trainer! No excuses..its as though he watched no tape of jones. He had zero strategy to offset Jone's obvious approach. Embarrassing on a pro level to watch.

Perhaps the commentators inserted a joint in one of those special toad's butthole and inhaled the fumes, while dripping vodka red bull straight into their eyebulbs. No other explanation to them saying round 5 was a close round, no other explanation. Let's see what they will have to say about round 6. What a journey.

Алекс. Не было равных Рою Джонсу боксёров в нанесении опаснейших ударов с дальней дистанции.Самое лучшее место спасения Тони находил ниже пояса Джонса.Джонс в 10 раунде даже специально трусы припустил.

Classic example of why fighters study film. Roy studied film on Toney for weeks in preparation while Toney barely watched film on Roy thinking just another fight. Terrible mistake by Toney and got embarrassed. Toney's victories over Nunn and McCallum made him complacent.
