ОтветитьI'm plant based, do you have any alternatives for kefir?
Ответитьyour kefit is waaay to thin, either it's low in fat, or you need more powerful kefir grains, or the room temperature was too low. also, the second fermetation is obviously purely optional, you can add some nice fruit inside and then blend it, it will also party ferment them.

ОтветитьHello from Finland! I liked this video very much.
In our stores in Finland we have "piimä" which is like sour milk or buttermilk by translator. Fermented milk but I think it's pasteurized. I don't drink milk anymore but like casually drink piimä. We are just testing our first home made kimchi. We love also fermented pickles and cabbage. Maybe we'll test those garlic honey you showed. Subscribed!
Traduceți și în limba română. Vă rog. Și vă mulțumesc anticipat.
Ответитьi've been using store-bought kefir in my daily smoothie for a year+ but now seeing how easy it is to make i'll 100% be doing that. already have 10L of kombucha in the cupboard, and literally just left the kitchen from making my first kraut haha you know you're getting old when this is how your spending your nights lol
