does this work well to go into the spiritual world??

Do u know of a meditation I can do before going out into my performance circle. There is one particular artist who tries to make me feel small and has on more than one occasion cornered me and gas lighted me and being an empath I crumbled and cried and left before performing. I don't want this to happen again but do not want to give up my art when it sets me free.
I need something to practice before I arrive at my gigs.

I don’t understand. This meditation has ads in the middle of it. That is not a good feature. Ads at the beginning would be preferable. Otherwise, the energy is disrupted.

This is my time doing your meditation and I feel so much better. The only thing is the ads that come on while I was in a mediated state, it a bit disturbing but I still found it to be, AWESOME! IT STOPPED THE BEAUTIFUL FLOW I WAS IN. Thank you for this WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, BLESSINGS. Looking forward in continuing the process!

Commercial in the middle of a meditation. Other than that really enjoyed it

This is the best guided meditation I've heard! I like how you tell us to imagine our own ideal outdoor sanctuary, instead of telling us how it should be. You only made suggestions. My place is beautiful! A meadow of grass, dotted with tiny yellow flower, almost as far as the eyes can see, with tall trees surrounding me in the distance. Bees and butterflies here and there. A stream runs nearby, a few white clouds smudged across the sky, on a gentle early Spring day. A mild amount of Sun sits on my back. Birds heard singing in the distance. A rabbit hopping around me, a dove on my shoulder (surely one of mine), and a young doe who rests her head on my lap, eyes closed, enjoying my caress as we exchange energy.

Now if only the darn ads didn't disturb my happy place!
