I went thru the same thing when I was 21 in the Marine Corps. Of course, mine ruptured on the OR table and my scar is about 5” long. Glad to hear it went alright for ya. That’s a pain like no other I’ve experienced in my 55+ years. Take care my friend!

Gaulbladder is also the same pain and symptoms. Mine almost killed me in 2009. In the hospital for 6 1/2 days.

While I Was At Work, By 7:30pm
I Was In The ER & After A
CT Scan, I Was On The Table
By 8:00pm...
My Appendix Was Huge,
According To The Dr & I Still
Have The 6inch Scar & I Spent
3 Day's In The Hospital...

Hey, how long did it take you before you could start appendix carrying again? I have to have my gallbladder removed and it is a smiliar procedure

I just had had the same thing. You will heal fast just remember to walk an eat. 3 weeks later an I’m great I didn’t even take my pain meds .

Did the metal from your gun slide setting against your skin have anything to do with this? Metal chemicals leach into the skin. Curious because I get back pain and kidney issues if I carry a pocket knife or iwb pistol. I know this is an old video but leaving me pondering because I ran across this video

Glad you're doing alright. I'm newer to Pistols and carrying and in the process of finding what holster to try. Iv been weary of appendix just because I haven't done it but this is a solid reason to go with side carry or something. Also if you're a believer in God, our body is his temple so we definitely shouldn't neglect it

I thought this video was going to be about why appendix carry is bad, or that doing the appendix carry for so long cause his appendix to erupt. I found it humorous that he was simply making a pun. That he cant call it an appendix carry, because he doesnt have an appendix anymore lol.

What a bore

Had multiple problems before I ended up in the ER. The day before the ER, my wife said I would probably feel better if I went outside and did something. Mowed for 2 hours and played basketball. Didn’t feel a bit better. Sunday morning, I couldn’t even pull myself up in bed. Lesson is, don’t ignore pain in your lower right abdomen. You’re body is giving you a warning.

Welcome to the appendixless carry club. Fortunately I had mine removed as a kid and don't even remember it. I'm of the same mindset though, if I'm not bleeding out and nothing is falling off of me, I'm good.

Had my appendix taken out last year, age 61, out of the blue. Started in the late morning, around 10:00 a.m. and by the evening I figured it out, went to the ER (something I never do) and early the next morning 5:00 a.m. the on duty general surgeon took it out, no problems since. Never have been a fan of "appendix carry" so no problem there. If you are wondering if something serious is wrong with you, IT PROBABLY IS, see a doctor!

Dude you are telling my story. Everything from being at work, walking around with my pants undone, going to the ER, and having them take it out lol. Just happened to me last year.
