ОтветитьIf you get cracking/tearing/ripping etc I would do that thing where he folds it in 1/3rds and machines it out a few times. Maybe it's just the moisture in MD but that fixed all that for me

ОтветитьAnyone else’s pasta dough come out very dry? I did 2 eggs, 2 cups of flour. I’ve been at it for 10 minutes now and it just seems so dried out and doesn’t mix together well at all
