11 decimal into binary is 1011 then if make it into hexadecimal we can make 4 bit set as you said
Then binary set will be 1011 then the using 8421 trick the value will be 8+2+1 is equal to 11
When u mention the question if decimal 11 is greater than hexadecimal 11
I think both are 11

I belong to cg near to odisha border. . So I can talk in cg and odia both well + hindi +English. .. I don't understand why some people in this country don't try to understand national language. . It's ok if they can't speak but at least they can try to understand. .

the tough part comes when a person who doesnt know 8 times tables has to figure out 8 multiplied into what is the closest to 68 or so. they should allow atleast basic calculator in the exam or atleast provide one by themselves. :(
