Breathe Carolina - "Sellouts (Feat. Danny Worsnop)"

I am not a huge fan of the electronic post-hardcore genre but this is genuinely one of the most beautiful songs from this era. Not only musically is it well done, but the lyrics tell such a great story.

The band is looked at as Sellouts for wanting to explore new ways of making music. (Danny Worsnop is the perfect person to feature on this song) Yet they continue for themselves and for the ones who are still clapping.

"I know it's real cause you're just like us" I love this because they're saying yeah we are being judged all the time but I'm sure you are too. So let's give no fucks and be ourselves.

2023 and this is still an absolute masterpiece.

I have never felt so attacked by a song I thoroughly Enjoy. Im definitely like, Genuinely one of the Fans this song is to my interpretation about. It came on while I was at work the other day Saw who it was and went "Oh. My bad fuck." now I came to give the video a watch and its great. Ironically I did not allow you all the grace of Evolution that I did to other bands but yo I was literally a teenager at the time when Classy Not Classic and Hello Fascination dropped so its very much a case of, its not that the rest of the music isn't just as great in retrospect having matured, Its that they lack the raw emotional connection that I was able to make with music as a kid.

I remember finding this song and thinking I’m gonna love this band…. Then the heart Break of the rest of their music being nothing like this hahahah

I remember when this came out and Breathe Carolina and Asking Alexandria where my 2 favorite bands, so hyped to see these two collab. this song went so hard and still does after almost a decade
