what if its another set up as we have seen before.
ОтветитьI see some people are worried over the palm oil, is it possible to still make this without the palm oil? What would happen if you took that out?
ОтветитьI would avoid Palm Oil and it is destruction to sensitive areas where Orangutans are losing habitat and becoming a species at risk. Choose your oils with some intelligence and preserve. If you deside to make your hand made soap do so to avoid the very things that are killing the environment.
ОтветитьNothing should go into the trash. I recycle everything I can and you would not believe how it reduces trash and also protect the environment.
ОтветитьGreat video! I have a quick question, what temperature Lye and Oils supposed to be when it’s time to mix them together? Thank you for the video it’s very good🥰
Ответить1st step: measure oils
16 oz olive oil
11 oz coconut oil
16 oz palm oil
.5 oz castor oil
2nd step measure lye solution:
13 oz distilled water
6 oz lye
Both you and your daughter have the gift of wisdom. Both of you are also "designated" teachers by Jehovah, which is why you're comfortable speaking and being filmed. You aren't prone to picked up any accents for a reason. You are meant to stay pure in sound Writing your own book should be surfacing in your thoughts. You, madam, also have the gift of healing; your daughter -- who is your designated "strong" child -- has the gift of the interpretation of tongues. Having a love of learning is part of the gift of wisdom, madam. Great video! Where there's a need for a funeral and estates being dealt with, she's your "go to" child. I'm the "go to" child, too of a family of 6. I'm the youngest of my sibling.
ОтветитьI am thinking about making my own soap and appreciate your video, thanks! However, why do you use so many different oils? Is just one type ok? Thank you!
ОтветитьWhere can we buy lye?
ОтветитьLye is a toxic product pushed by the industry or powers that be and never should be used period. You’re defeating the purpose of getting away from chemicals. Many have been deceived with this syn-the tic man made product.
ОтветитьAwesome video ❤😊
ОтветитьSomething about adding lye to water, NOT water to lye?
ОтветитьIf you have to wear gloves to make it .. then it shouldn't be on used on your skin
ОтветитьWhat temp did you have to wait for the soap it be mixed in together?
ОтветитьPlease do not use Palm oil in your soap there are alternatives that dont damage the environment,
ОтветитьGreat video. It's also interesting how there's so much "caution" in everything being done nowadays. Boy, when I was growing up things just went the way they went.
ОтветитьPlease don’t use palm oil!!
Ответитьwe don’t want to see you talk just make soap
ОтветитьHow do I get your recipe
ОтветитьThank u ❤
ОтветитьSo your formula makes about 4.224 pounds of soap. correct?
ОтветитьGreat video and thanks for the measurements!
ОтветитьNice work! Please do not use palm oil as it kills the habitat of urangutans in Borneo. The population has decreased dramatically because of palm oil plantations. There are many other options to use.
Besides that, thanks for sharing and good luck with the business!
Оригинальные фонари, на стене🎉
ОтветитьWhere did you get information in making tinctures?
ОтветитьWhy is lye so bad but then is ok later in the soap? I'm new to all of this
ОтветитьJulianne does such a fantastic job of making the soap she is so aware of safety and she is just fantastic at this
ОтветитьThe Lye says it may be corrosive to metals yet its mixed in a metal pot
ОтветитьDo you have a link for the Lye?
ОтветитьThank you for your demonstration Julianne! 🕊
ОтветитьWhy don’t you use the lavender you grow
ОтветитьHi Annie
What is the temperature for the lye and water before pouring into the oils
All that oil doesn't solidify a bit and clog your bath drain ?
ОтветитьIt’s crazy how lye isn’t supposed to come in contact with skin but once it’s added to other ingredients it’s soap that can be used in skin. Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьCould you use another type of oil or butter for this recipe other than palm? Like cocoa butter, Shea, etc….and it still come out the same? As long as it’s not liquid or could you also use a liquid like jojoba, castor, etc?
ОтветитьI remember my mom making g soap for all of our family but she died before teaching me. 💔 thanks for sharing because I really want to be like Leeanne 😀❤
ОтветитьAs a longtime soapmaker, teacher, and laboratory technician I highly recommend that you do not use vinegar on your skin to neutralize lye. It causes a chemical reaction that increases the burn. Instead rinse your skin with copious amounts of cool water immediately! Trust me the burn from acid/base chemical reaction hurts intensely and it takes quite a while to heal. Make sure you rinse with copious amounts of water at least 5 minutes or more, depending on location and severity. However, cleaning surface areas with the vinegar is best just remember to rinse those areas thoroughly clean water. Otherwise, great job! The soap looks beautiful!
ОтветитьThanks 11-6-2021👍🏽👍🏽
ОтветитьDoes it matter what kind of Olive oil and Coconut oil you use whether it is organic, extra virgin, etc.?
ОтветитьI been wanting to make homemade soap for awhile
ОтветитьWe also use no chemicals in our home. Dish soap is a big one with chemicals in it though.
ОтветитьMy mom mad soap called li
ОтветитьWhere do you find the lye ?
ОтветитьI love that you make your own soap and you have inspired me to try to make my own, However I was so surprised to see that you use palm oil. I have read that miles and miles of tree plantations are being destroyed because of deforestation. There is also exploitation of workers and the use of child labour not to mention the devastating effect that deforestation has on animal communities such as endangered elephants and rhino and the resulting green house gases emitted in the production of palm oil. Is there another oil you could use instead of palm oil? Thank you.
ОтветитьWhat brand of essential oils do you use? Or recommend?
ОтветитьThank you for the video tutorial. Do you cure the soap in a room temperature or fridge?
ОтветитьNice. What's the reason for using palm oil? I know it can be controversial because of how it is sometimes sourced.
ОтветитьWhoa, I feel so clean after watching this!
