Why my Amazon Account is DEACTIVATED from a Related Account Suspension

Hi, My account has deactivated due to related account. My account was related to other account because of my VA mistake. He logged my active account on same browser where Deactivated account of other person was logged. Please give me direction , How I should overcome this issue?
Can you guide me for creating a P.O.A

What if the other accounts don’t belong to you? And they are still relating you to these accounts.
