Japanese Food!
Well I'm from this way out of touch Northern hemisphere...I have no idea what are half those foods and ingredidnts you named !
I had to go hunt out these exotic ingredients...none in my local Tesco...not even the minced pork!
You deliver really special foods and wow really rare skills...great food and ... then more fancy knife work...and no blue sticking plasters!
This channel is costing me a fortune !
But tasty. Ta!

I love watching you cut things up. Ours never looks like that. We love making soups, pot stickers and rice paper rolls. Tim wants to see more Japanese recipes. I made sushi in a cooking class in Kyoto. They were kind of round and tasted better than they looked. lol
