I have been out of the loop for a while I used to love light gun games I did not know you could play them on your computer where do I go to download or get the software to play play all those old arcade games on my computer

Have you considered switching to batocera as the OS for that computer, since you are using it as an arcade machine?

sounds far from the way Sinden originally announced as no more this no more that, just plug it in and play. I went with a AE lightgun. all ive done is calibrate it. plug in a sensor bar(not a big deal to me) and go. id like to test a Gun4IR, but dont know anyone who has one :(

Whats crazy to me is in the military and LE/ armed security we to this day do something called Virtua training which is like shoot no shoot training but very rail shooterisc and I was looking to see if anyone had that software and it took me to this rabit hole and now i want to make a cabinet sooo bad !!! USB light guns are not a good option at all. The accuracy is not good and if you move you need to recalibrate. I have a sega gun sense board, led array and ghost squad gun connected to my pc via a U-HID. If you search U-HID Ghost Squad you can see it done. I will eventually post a how to video.

it's cool for what it does.... but not being able to use the sinden on original platforms like the ps1 and 2 without additional modding is a disappointment for me... this is the reason not buying one.

Here's what I don't understand. The IR guns like the Amtrak, have cursor lag. Nobody has fixed the problem until Sinden came along and does it by camera instead of IR, but it's so complicated to tweak. You're always having to adjust something depending on what emulator and games. However I'll be dammed I can buy an LG tv. Use the Magic Remote, which operates a cursor on a screen. Point and click on any damn thing on that TV. There no lag, drag or camera. It works spot on.

Does anyone know if this would still work with a piece of plexy glass in front of the TV or would it just work as long as it sees the rectangle from the TV

I always have to change settings on every game not just light gun inside of mame it took me years to get every game with right buttons... some games only have 2 buttons but 3 ability's so you have to map 2 actions to same button UFF

It’s sad that it takes so much work to get the gun to work. Plus I’m looking for a light gun that works with console games and modern TV’s.

The Bluetooth issue, is just because the way which a bluetooth device uses in order to communicate with your PC, is creating a virtual COM port, and this lightgun uses a COM port too but over USB, so, it can create a conflict.

This gun is even better on a steam gun game like The House Of The Dead remake.
