Funny seeing this. I need a 2o16 P bass Elite tortoise shell pickgaurd can’t find it any wear?? Not even Fender shop has them? 🤷🏻♂️
ОтветитьI'm not greedy I just want all of them.
ОтветитьNow watch Gibsons factory. Tell me who has the most hands on ? Fender. NO CONTEST ..Not saying one is better , just shows how price to labor off with Gibson USA. Period ..
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if the machines in the factory are original? They didn't say!
ОтветитьUna cosa buena de las guitarras y bajos fender ademas de su sonido y calidad es que no pierden su valor y se pueden revender muy bien
ОтветитьWorld's best guitar, world's best guitar factory.
ОтветитьAmerican guitars Mexican's hands precision... all the workers are Mexican and mr. Britain and the Texan lookin boss awwing :D:D hilarious
ОтветитьLove these tours...Lee's excitement is awesome!
ОтветитьMove along "snowflake",
ОтветитьThis guy is an abject failure, "cooool'", send him on his way,
Ответитьwhere is the yngwie machine that carves the scallops?
Ответитьfunny thing, most of the new tech wont survive 60/70years
ОтветитьWhat.?? A Viking in the vault??
ОтветитьWhat a Wonderful Video! It is great to see all the Fender guitar works, all done by hand. I absolutely love Fender guitars, now I know why! As a retired electronics engineer it is lovely to see all the hands on work being done. Thank you so much for a very interesting video.
ОтветитьNice to meet you Jason Smith, thanks for the guitar! Great to be able to see all this... a piece of history!
ОтветитьGo Trower .. Love the Flat Poll Pickups from mid 70s , Never see them and there Powerful 💫
ОтветитьId love to see the Mexican factory in a tour to compare
ОтветитьWhy can’t a get a grey Strat with a white tortoise pickguard?
ОтветитьThank you Captain and Pete. Nice wall of grandpas guitars at the end. Hopefully there will be an acoustic shop tour. Really well done series of videos so far and great to see what you guys are talking about in your review videos about how these things are made.
Ответитьmy Dad was once a punch press operator in Arizona at tool box manufacturer I think, and he unfortunately had one double trip, which resulted in him losing an index finger on one hand and half a pinkie on the other... amazing machines when they work properly, but frightening as hell when something bad happens...
ОтветитьMy 94 Black Logo strat has one of the best necks I’ve seen
ОтветитьMy 83 SQ MIJ Squire has the sexiest body I’ve ever seen on a strat, it’s almost a piece of art
ОтветитьI really enjoyed seeing were my strat was made and the personal touch they all receive!!!
ОтветитьWhat amazes me is Leo Fender designed the perfect guitar back in the 50s, the fender strat.
ОтветитьComparing this to your visit and factory tour in Gibson - I certainly would like to work at Gibson rather than here. Also the atmosphere is quite tense and the workers here just dont look very satisfied:O Seems to me Fender wages must be much lower than regular Gibson’s workers wages!
ОтветитьHow did they ever get you to leave? It would take wild horses to drag me out of there lol
ОтветитьThe Captains level of joy during this video could run Santa’s workshop
ОтветитьOther than the lamps in my house, and the regular household fixtures, does anything I own maintain the same design elements since the days they were created 70 years ago, like my guitars - and continue to maintain their Coolness.
ОтветитьHah - caught a glimpse of the relicking table! Were those big rivets or empty 22 cal. shells, on a burlap sack?
ОтветитьI got a fender squire strat
Ответитьthat was awesome
ОтветитьWhat about Rory Gallagher guitar? Any answer?
ОтветитьJust bought a Telly after watching this.
ОтветитьSo i can order a fender made in Mexico or i can order a fender made in the USA by Mexicans for twice the price 🤔
ОтветитьMy dream is to own a custom shop guitar. I have an American Professional Strat, a Mexican Mustang and I want to top my Fenders off by having a Custom Shop Strat.
ОтветитьBasically the workers are Mexicans, so even a Custom Shop is a Mexican guitar 😂
ОтветитьThat was cool.
ОтветитьFantastic tour. Thanks!
I like how the relicing is top-secret.
This is great seeing inside of the fender Factory.
ОтветитьFender USA-made by mexicans
ОтветитьNope, Mr Gibson Shoptour Guide. That's not a 'nice old drill press' - it's a Bridgport vertical milling machine, an absolute icon - the most famous milling machine in history. There must be tens, if not hundreds of thousands in use world wide. I'd hesitate to call it an 'American icon' though; not only has it been closely copied by machine makers everywhere, the mill has been licenced to bona fide manufacturers like Adcock & Shipley in the UK.
ОтветитьCan't help but feel that The Captain is really just a bit patronising, smug and arrogant, almost like he is above everyone, kind of like how a spoilt child would be. I hope I am wrong, just feel I can see through his false kindness. Great video nonetheless, the custom shop guys are unbelievable!
ОтветитьGreat! Love that sound, the design and so on. We didn't see the Red Stratocaster :(
ОтветитьHe is happy as a small child, but he would soon pass over if he had to work there ... That's the difference... Well done brothers.
ОтветитьBrilliant vid, strange that a lot of the workers appear to be Mexican or Asian, even in the custom shop, a bit of a slip with the comment on the metalwork shop , do people know that the Mexican Fender factory is only a door away over the border, just saying !!
ОтветитьGreat video thanks I love seeing the process
ОтветитьThis is the custom shop, where we make the snake oil.
ОтветитьMade in USA….by Mexicans
