My issue is that I can visualize the Roku screen but it says "Not connected". However the TV is connected to the WiFi network. The remote does not work. I've tried the batteries, unplugging it, click on the reset/pairing button under the batteries compartiment. I have a Streming Stick. The remote from the android app won't recognize this device, but it does with another Roku device in another TV.

Thank you soooo much, I've had to use the remote on my phone for close to a year. That was fine, but I couldn't control the volume 😢. Huge relief... now if I can just make sure I don't misplace the remote 🤦‍♀️ Got any tips for that? LOL - thnx again

I have two Roku remotes--the one that came with the kit and the other one which was for another one. I see that one can add a device/remote so I did. However, I saw that only ONE would work even though the other one was paired. Then, my TV would go or off by itself and neither remote would work. I had tried just unplugging from the unit itself but that didn't work. I ended up seeing this video, got to step two and FINALLY one of the remotes worked! Can one have two remotes for the TV though? Btw, I had forgotten that I had the Roku app on my phone, smh

My Roku isn’t connected to the internet and my Roku remote isn’t pairing it’s the same remote you have what are my options none of these options worked for me..
