When you talk about aspect rations, crop settings etc, just click them!
This will do this or that, just click them, it's just a click away, no need to describe them verbally
Best tutorial about how cinematic cameras work! Thanks for sharing this!
ОтветитьLove seeing the cameras
ОтветитьMy left ear enjoyed this video. My right ear felt uncomfortable with the lack of attention.
ОтветитьAmazing... Amazing
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьInsane quality tutorial! I will be referencing this from now onwards with regards to Camera setup in UE5. I am looking forward to your future videos :).
Ответитьwhy no sound when playing on pc???
ОтветитьReally good content from someone knowledgeable. Thank you so much for sharing!
ОтветитьI cannot hear any sound.
Ответитьyour audio is panned to the left
ОтветитьAmazing. Finally, a real cinematographer explaining the lenses inside UE5. So helpful! Do you ever use the lens squeeze for an animorphic lens effect? Or know a way to get a true animorphic lens inside unreal?
ОтветитьThanks a ton for this! Really looking forward to more of these cinema camera related tutorials.
ОтветитьThank you for the video!
Could you please answer my questions?
1. What difference does it make if I don't set PostProcess.Exposure down to 0? Why is it bad to cotrol the image exposure by PostProcess.Exposure?
2. I understand that sensor size affects the actual Focal Length of the lens (and exposure I guess). But does sensor size affect anything else in the final image?
3. My 3rd question is not about UE, but about real world cameras. I would really appriciate if you could answer it.
I compared crop-sensor DSLR cameras with Full Frame DSLR cameras. Like in UE crop-sensor gets less light, the image is cropped, we should re-calculate the Focal Length of the lens. But if we use a speedbooster - an optical device that collects all the light coming through the Full Frame lens and brings it to the small sensor, then we get all the light back, we get a real Focal length. And I don't see any differences with FullFrame sensor image. The same amount of noise, the same detalization level.
Does the fullframe sensor have any advantages comparing to the crop-sensor besides the amount of light that it gets from the lens?
I'm asking mostly about digital cameras, but if you can tell about film cameras it would be also interesting. Thank you in advance!
I counted the "umm's". 371
Ответитьreally first video share deep knowlage about camera settings come on with more videos like that thanks a lot :)
Ответитьis this level is available for us to use ..?
Ответитьbro your sound is came from the left side of my headphone. i can't watch 47 minutes like this.
Ответитьgreat video. im struggling to get cameras to focus at all though. not sure if its a bug or not, but its a real pain.
ОтветитьAmazing!!!
ОтветитьIt's really good to decide publish your experience and knowledge in here, especially for free. Thanks and keep it up like that. Congrats and thank you.
Ответитьhi sir i don't have crop setting im using 5.3
Ответитьthanks a lot for your tutorial, it's super interesting. Regarding your scene, is your character a greenscreen footage ? if so, it looks like it has some kind of lightwrap effect. could you explain how you managed to achieve this ? thanks forward,
ОтветитьThis is truly invaluable. So much good info in one place, thank you so much!
ОтветитьPlease do more of these !
ОтветитьThis video was great a find and source of knowledge not normally presented...MORE tutorials please, kind sir 🙌
ОтветитьGreat tutorial! Many thanks for sharing your knowledge. Best wishes!
ОтветитьExtremely helpful thanks
ОтветитьHey Thank you so much, this is great!
ОтветитьHi! I'm using 2x desqueeze lens (anamorphic) in UE 5.2 and the depth of field doesn't work properly. If I go back to spherical, then it works. Is it a bug? Or is there any way to set it up correctly?
ОтветитьBress you bro
ОтветитьExactly what I wanted to learn. Thank you!
Ответитьthank you for the video sir, I really learned a lot from it. Can you please make a tutorial about how did you make the lighting ?
ОтветитьYou are my god. This is the stuff I have no idea how to do, with no irl film/video experience. I will come back to this over and over. THANK YOU!
ОтветитьThis looks great, will check it out, but first impression, please record your audio in stereo, instead of just the left side only.........
ОтветитьGreat tutorial!
