Thanks for your video. In my pivot table I want to sort largest to smallest but i have a message indicated that i can not do it because i have a calculated field. I dont know why because usually it works. It is a simple calculated field % change value from one year to an other...

Three things

1. If financial year is from 1.4.xxxx to 31.3.xxxx then the excel names quaters wrongly . It considers Jan as 1st quater rather than april
How to fix it.---->Can we creat custom key list like jan,Feb ,mar ...which is predefined into Apr ,may jun...

2 . I want excel to sort the items the way it's given in source but as I bring field into ptable it rearrange it.
