Lucid Dreaming Guided Meditation - Deep Lucid Dreams

Did not work for me at all.

I had the best date of my life in a lucid dream. We explored abandoned/haunted places, we got food together, we ran from the cops together, I even remember her holding me arm in a cuddly way and saying I had such a way with words

all this did was make me start crying

This normally helps me at least sleep, but because of allergies my nose refuses to calm down and sneezes every 5 minutes.. Any suggestions other than allergy meds?

i didn't have a lucid dream throughout the night but when i woke up about 9 went toilet and washed my face i couldn't help it but go back to sleep and the lucid dream i had was insane i felt like i was hallucinating it was magical the scenery was so in-depth/deep and also quite a fright bc i was constantly running away from something but it was like the gravity wasn't there i felt very light and it felt INSANELY REAL, i woke up a couple hours later so energised, i tried to go back in but was not successful. has to be one of the most fun dreams i've ever had, wish i could go back beside the fact i was getting chased.

It didnt work for me. Ive never been able to lucid dream. Tho I felt like I would stop breathing if I didnt consciously do it for some reason.

Had a nightmare from this. 😣😫

Have been using this any time I sleep but I keep getting nightmares so I'm only Ganna use this once at night

Had an awful nightmare. I was touched, and then gasped awake. (After 20 minute of walking around and exploring in a weird environment.) That happens with me when I sometimes use lucid dream or astral travel meditations. It’s 3 am. This meditation is still running. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense… however, I know they’re a good one when when I end up in weird places or other realms… even if if ends up super scary. Thanks for an experience 😅

I've been listening to a lot of these while I sleep for the past few months, but this one gave me really bad dreams. Really out of nowhere and this video is the only thing I can look to....

This was really nice until my safe space in the first 5 minutes was my late grandpa‘a house… Losing my mind rn. Oh well, we’ll get ‘em next time. I’m glad this worked for some people.

Well i dont know what others see when they lucid dreaming but in my dream i was so tired to speak so I decided to make telepathy with my friends :/ and it was so realistic that I thought I woke and lay down again in my bed in opposite direction and take off my headphones and turns out it was a dream too. I'll try again maybe it'll be more fun this time lol

I have scar tissue on my lungs from Covid how can I use this to heal my lungs 🫁?

Anybody got any tips or advice on how to have these lucid dreams? Cuz when I listen to these, I’m focused on what’s being said so it’s hard to fall asleep. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

The last time I had a vivid Lucid dream was over a year ago. I dreamed I was in an empty classroom, with the cosmos swirling outside the windows. I looked out towards it and it was like I got pulled swiftly yet gently into the center of the spiral. After what might as well have been the blink of an eye, the next thing I know I was getting out of my car, and I had a Viking fur clock on (I have viking ancestry). When I looked around I was in a forest of identical trees, slight elevation changes on the terrain, and a fog in the distance. I was greeted by a man who looked like me, but he was older, longer hair, bigger beard, battle hardened, and had both runic tattoos and scars on his face. He welcomed me with a smile and open arms and invited me to a table for a feast. The dream ends as we walk towards the table.

I NEED to go back to that dream. I'm going to be 30 this year, and the last time I had a dream so vivid that I can remember it years after the fact, was when I was 8 and being choked by some old woman during a sleep paralysis event.

"Dreams" as we call them are actually spiritual access to higher dimensional planes of reality... You can even call it unconscious astral travel or unintended astral projection. Lucid dreaming and astral projection differ between the two while lucid dreaming is simply being aware that one is currently in a dream state and astral projection being spiritually thrusting one's consciousness or spirit in an outward/forward motion purposely and purposefully out into the known universe while never actually going to sleep but rather keeping your mind aware and active the entire time of the process.

Have had quite vivid and slightly dark dreams on listening and falling a asleep to these recordings, but always felt in control and fascinated by what these subliminal messages could be telling me, thank you !

Just had a dream that I cheated on the missus on a Caravan park and was videod doing so. Spent the last hour wondering what on earth I'm going to do before realising it was a dream.

Fell asleep to Michael Sealey and woke up to this. I didn't think anyone held a candle to Michael but you, sir, are positively lovely and I'm excited to explore your tracks. I don't think anyone will ever replace Michael for me but it's nice to discover that there's at least someone else in the ballpark that understands how a hypnotist's or guided meditation narration voice and script ought to sound.

This was the best lucid dream frequency to ever listen to. Last night was my first time listening to this one and I had the most profound lucid dream and exactly for what I was wanting to accomplish and then some. Never had this great of a lucid dream before so this here is something truly special. Anyone reading this to figure out if you should try this one you would be out of your mind if you didn't

I love your guided meditation. But, please only put ads at the beginning. I find it very jarring and disturbing to get so relaxed or maybe even be asleep and be blasted with a loud advertisement. I understand the need to monetize. But please, only at the beginning of guided meditation before the guided meditation has begun. Thanks 🙏

i have been practicing lucid dreaming for a few months now..dream journaling too. no matter if the dream is bad or good, it is ALWAYS valuable.

Hi, now I don't know if this counts as a lucid dream I had, I dreamt of my deceased best friend and in the dream I knew something wasn't right because I knew he wasn't with us anymore and can remember being confused asking him how are you here. He was in a place that he couldn't leave, I think I dreamed of heaven or something I don't know?

Ok. I did dream. I was in it and several others. I of course was interacting with them. Got up to p and went right back to sleep and dreaming. It was rather strange and in the border of nightmare type or at least unsettling. Is this lucid dreaming?
