Notifee - Local Notifications in React Native

What are the odds. you uploaded this today & i was just implementing this today!

Question though.. These local notifications are coming through just fine on a samsung device I have running 9.0. However my oneplus 7 running 11.0 doesn't show the notification locally in the foreground. Any idea what could be goin on here?
