Really a ridiculous study. Technology is just growing at such an enormous pace. Just look at the improvements in smartphones over the last decade. The improvements in agricultural technology are excellent although many on here would not be aware of it - it bodes well to preventing anything like a famine. What is this guy even talking about? There is a vast food surplus produced in countries like the US, and technology is improving the output everywhere. This video is just simply, stunningly wrong. It feeds into the constant negative predictions for the future that so many around the world seem to be obsessively peddling. World GDP constantly increases every year, and technology improves everything whether you have the same income as your parents or not [sort of like what this guy was talking about at the beginning of this video].

If you are worried about the future, please do something to improve it, and hopefully on a macro-scale. Just don't get discouraged by people like this who will use straw arguments to convince you of a doomsday scenario for humanity's future.
