I have a iphone 13 pro max, updated..

I'll have the little Black phone call indication on the top left corner, but am unable to click or anything to accept that call.

No full screen indicator, no announcement, no way to accept that call.

My Wife is experiencing many of her incomings calls/FaceTimes not being announced. She currently has the iPhone 14 Pro Max and she’s also on the most current update.

I’ve never experienced this issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m wondering if this is simply an issue with the iPhone 14 itself, not just hers but in general 🤔

I had this problem with my Iphone 10 and it was the update that needed to be done. I was on 16.0.2, THANK YOU for your help
