I'm almost 70 and I want to start a podcast! It isn't easy for my age but I'd like really to make podcasts to help my current and future students. I've watched a lot of videos on how to start a podcast but yours is really helpful. I also like ThinkMedia videos! Why I like your videos? They are very detailed and you give REALLY helpful advice which are very useful for the beginner podcasters, although I haven't started it yet! My English is not perfect but I understand what you mean although you speak very fast! I do not know whether to start with buzzsprout or riverside! Thank you so much! I'll keep watching your video series!
ОтветитьThank you for being so considerate!
ОтветитьSo so helpful! Quick question…how do you record people on Zoom if they are just using their computer for audio?
ОтветитьI cannot seem to find a microphone and stand that go with that h5 zoom recorder any suggestions? I currently have the yeti mic and I don’t think it’ll work with that. Any suggestions would be great!
ОтветитьKatie, I have been watching and re watching your podcast videos and I noticed so many kinds of mics.. do you have a list? Rated list? Shopping list of all of them?? Which one do you like better??
ОтветитьWhat if you're recording with visual as well? Should it be connected to the camera ?
ОтветитьSo helpful thank you.
ОтветитьI have looked at over 20 videos in the past 2 days on how to record audio on ur computer and have not had success! Thank you so much for breaking the process down to the root! For a moment I thought that recording audio and simply uploading it was no longer an option bc every video that I watch is promoting and trying to sell u an app! I also really enjoyed your tone and flow which made sitting through this episode very easy. I learned more from ur 12 min video than I have from days of other content. Youre a gem. Cant wait to dig into ur other videos. Not sure if u can help but I have adobe pro and when I try to record audio using premier 15 it only allows me to record voice for 29 secs before it turns off. When using audio on windows it only allows me to record for about 15 seconds before it automatically shuts down. Is there something that I can do to extend this time? Am I looking at all of this incorrectly? If ur not able or willing to answer I understand. If you are Thank you in advance you really are amazing ....your delivery!!!!
ОтветитьThank you so much for explaining each option so well. Such great content and very informative. Thank you. 🤗
ОтветитьThank you!!
ОтветитьWhat's your recommendation for recording as a vlog to place it everywhere on platforms
Ответитьthx
ОтветитьThanks so much! I am planning a primarily solo podcast, however I live in a noisy urban area. Would you recommend the Zoom H5 for removing background noise?
ОтветитьGood work 👍🏽
ОтветитьI am having trouble transfer my audios to my host platforms, any suggestions?

ОтветитьWhat app do you record on with your phone
ОтветитьThank you for these wonderfully informative videos! Question: before publishing an interview podcast, does the guest have to sign some kind of release or agreement to have the podcast published?
ОтветитьThanks Katie! Can't wait to start recording xx
ОтветитьThank you for a very informative video
ОтветитьThank you sooo much
Ответитьlove love love the way you explain everything!!!! thank you Katie..
ОтветитьWill the blue yeti usb mic work on an iPad Pro? Cause the iPad has a USB port
ОтветитьThere are no time stamps below.
ОтветитьHow do you post process your audio???
Ответитьare you gay ?
ОтветитьKatie, in a podcast...with background music or not? 🤔
ОтветитьWhat Mic are you using? I don't see a mic so I assume it is wireless?
ОтветитьThanks for your informative info
Ответитьlol "you're not going to hide under a blanket with your podcast guest." You never know! Seriously, Thank you for the great information!!
ОтветитьHello Katie. I am going to record my podast outside, but my interviewee will be remote. Which system do you recommend. Zoom H5 for me? Or would outdoor laptop set up be better? Thanks!
ОтветитьNote for those looking to buy the Fifine mic (which is great for the price, I'd recommend) - dont speak into the top of it like what was demonstrated here. Its not meant to pic up sound from there - speak into the front of it. Good video though
ОтветитьLove this content Katie, brilliant as usual
