Flutter Tutorial - Native Splash Screen & Real Splash Screen - Android & iOS

I have 2 problems with this.
1. How to add loading animation?
2. App freezes sometimes on splash screen

Hi please solve this issue, unable to pub get flutter_native_splash: ^2.2.3+1

current pubspec.yaml
environment:
sdk: ">=2.15.1 <3.0.0"

Error -
The current Dart SDK version is 2.17.0-69.2.beta.

Because flutter_native_splash >=2.2.3 depends on xml >=6.1.0 which requires SDK version >=2.17.0 <3.0.0, flutter_native_splash >=2.2.3 is forbidden.
So, because startup depends on flutter_native_splash ^2.2.3+1, version solving failed.
