My Ubuntu GUI won't go on after removing python.

So I'm doing a bottable USB stick on windows, but I'm actually going to install it on a Ubuntu laptop.
My question is should I use Rufus or the Linux option?

What if we wanted a secure boot and erase disk? It will show up the option to choose secure boot while selecting install third party for graphics and wi-fi hardware right?

In my laptop, I've 2 drives. 1 is NVMe Intel Optane SSD of 16Gb and another is 1TB HDD. Currently, /home is mounted to 1TB HDD and Linux File system is mounted on SSD. I want to mount only /boot to the SSD and everything else (/root and /home) to HDD. Is it possible that out of entire Linux, /boot is on SSD and /root (and everything else) is on separate HDD? During installation of Ubuntu, can I select /boot to be on SSD and / (just slash) to be on HDD?
(16GB is very less and I can bery quickly fill that if I install good amount of apps. But the SSD is fast, so I want /boot on that and everything else on HDD)

I dont want any other os on my machine, what configuration steps will I face... Plz tell us about that too

So Everything goes well till I restart and remove the usb. It seems like I can only boot up to Ubuntu if I have my usb plugged in. Is that how it’s supposed to be? I also have windows 10 on the machine.

Do we only need to create root partition ? What about /home , swap, efi ?

I am unable to see the login screen. After the installation is finished I am getting message as below -

After selecting the 3rd option and partitioning as said above,it is asking me to unmount the /cdrom.

If I choose 2nd option to "Erase disk and install" will only erase my C Drive. Right? currently I'm using Win10 and I don't want to use it any more.

at he installation type why you don't use the first option i.e "install ubuntu alongside them"

Why don't you creat a swap partition before you strat the installation. Is this not necessary to reserved a space for swapping . ? Or the computer which having more rams need not any swap partition.. I have 4 gb of ram should I need to creat a sp. ?? And if I want to creat a one, should I select it as logical or as primary partition . ? Do I need to creat swap.partition double of my ram memory.. please clear. Thanks .:)
