1. Good quality wig
2. Voice training (vocal surgery not recommended)
3. Clothes made for females (doesn’t have to be incredibly girly, just natural)
4. Confidence!! Avoid shutting down.
5. Study female mannerisms (walking, talking, sitting, etc). Slightly exaggerate them too!
6. Be patient with hormones.

I think voice surgery is just there to pray on insecurity. Perhaps your just thinking about your past whenever you speak, or comparing yourself, but you definitely pass as a woman, and you’re one of kind in the sense that you’re your own person. Very beautiful, intelligent, resilient, and independent. I have just started transitioning, and I know one thing I struggle with atm is being afraid of people thinking I’m some weird gay guy, but I have to constantly remind myself that people’s opinions don’t matter, cuz they don’t know what I’m trying to achieve in my life. They’re times where I compare myself, and that’s when my anxiety is at its peak, but what has really helped me keep going is my strong will to be happy, to be able to be the person I’m meant to be. Meditation, and prayer have helped me calm my mind, and remind me why Im truly doing the things I’m doing. Everyone is on their own journey in life, and some have gave up on that journey, but the fact that you, and I haven’t shows how strong we are as people. No matter who you are, no matter what gender, or sexual orientation you are, we are all on a journey, we all go through our own struggles, so it is important that we do what feels right to us, for our true desires will guide us to our end goal. What we learn in this life time is what we will keep in the next, so always live to the fullest, because no days ahead are guaranteed. Your beliefs make up your reality, and to understand your beliefs is to live your reality. Reality in which you have complete control over, for you have complete control in the way you think, and the people you surround yourself with. You control your destiny based on the way you think, and believe, so believe in yourself. Love yourself, and the world will be yours :)

It's interesting how many MtFs are conscious about looks and voice but actually pass without issue. It seems to be more in the mind. You look incredible and sound so authentic. I can only prey and wish (and work hard at it) to get to where you are today. Thank you for a great vid.
