Naruto is inspired symbolism of the real world. You'd be shocked how detailed it is. It's really a trip to see parallels of Naruto running the real world.

I feel like kakashi the only one in the naruto universe who actually acts like a real person. He has a very realistic sense of how you would expect someone to react with his skill. Where sometimes people with equal skill just space out in fights or freeze for some reason he's always on point.
