Train shed looks crazy good
ОтветитьJust Preordered This Amazing Set‼️
ОтветитьI bought this beautiful set tonight, now still waiting for delivery to start building 👍 very nice review
ОтветитьI think the pieces are larger than normal, and think the price is more than fair. Its also a huge building. Im so excited I was able to buy one today.
ОтветитьDoes someone know the part out building?
ОтветитьWish I could get one of these early 😆
I think the Bricklink pre-order site just crashed
These are sold out already in just 2 days
So excited for this one!
ОтветитьI plan on buying in as an investment. I don't have room right now to build it, but It will look too good on my hopefully soon future lego city to pass up on it.
ОтветитьIf I get this set I would honestly turn it more into if it's been abandoned for years and put the ghost train express in it since that set's train already expresses abandoned and run down (what with the cracked glass stickers for the front of the train, the beat up/scratch mark stickers for the sides, and overall it's general appearance.)
Ответитьthis one is my favorite, i just love the industrial builds
ОтветитьI plan to pick up the Snack Shack food truck in the Airstream trailer. Many fun details inside
ОтветитьThe build is awesome. I'm waiting for some cars to show up in this program, I'm not a fan of buildings.
ОтветитьNice video, as always 😊
Do you have checked the weight of the finished set?
Thanks 🙏
A few years back a similar program was run through Bricklink. There was a 5000 unit cap and the cool sets were gone in half an hour. That miss-run program turned me off of lego for a for a few years. I started building and buying again a few months ago. I will be curious to see how badly this program plays out. I get the need for a minimum run but I do not understand why Lego puts a production run maximum on any of these. Presumably they make a profit on each set sold so why stop sales at an arbitrary number that kills the vibe for those who miss out?
ОтветитьIf this were cheaper it would be an instant purchase. I have a lot of Lego trains, but nowhere to store them. A couple of these shed builds would work a treat.

This
Set‼️
👍🏽🤩🤙🏽
Looks beautiful. I will probably build it from scratch once the instructions and inventory become available. I did the same with the Fishing Boat, Studgate Station and Modular Construction site. If you have the patience and a Bricks & Minifigs nearby, it is definitely worth it.
ОтветитьThanks for the great review Balázs, I am so glad you got this set for early review, as you really value these options and create remarkable content. This is by far my favourite from BDP Series 1 and I will definitely buy one of these to integrate into my 12V train layout and the good old 7750 steam locomotive will be the first to puff into the engine shed for some repairs.
ОтветитьDoes this fit the Crocodile Locomotive?
Ответитьhow to know the size of outer box? they were too big
ОтветитьI think the 30,000 order limit is unfortunate. It fosters investors gobbling up the inventory, resulting in over inflated prices for those who want to build and enjoy the set. The whole premise of LEGO prospecting sickens me.
Neat set though.
I love the the Bricklink Designer program! This way, Lego products are closer to the fan designer’s submission!!
ОтветитьI've watched the reviews of other bdp series1, seems like you guys were all given the same script to read
ОтветитьJust wanted to say that you were one of the five reviewers selected to be part of this initial review program. An incredible recognition for this channel!
ОтветитьThat brick built lathe is brilliant!
Ответитьgarbage set, wont buy it and wish they got rid of this trash line.
ОтветитьHi Balasz. Thanks for the review. As a train lover I will get this of course. But I am surprised to see that Bricklink sets are getting expensive. LEGO of course is aware of the resell value and is trying to make some additional buck. The last round sold out within hours. Interesting to see this now with 30k copies. We will find out I. A weeks time 😊
ОтветитьI like the Ideas version better. It was more of a complete scene, rather than just a building with a set of tracks next to it.
ОтветитьIt looks so good! I love to see it in its real size and not just in a computer program. It looks so much more alive and beautiful!❤❤❤
ОтветитьAwesome review and set! Due to the price I will try to build it from Bricklink in a few years.
ОтветитьThank you Balazs for the great video, and congrats on getting this set for the early review. You are one of those people who will be truly able to appreciate a set like that.
Ответитьi dont want to spent all my money on lego anymore but i really like it
Ответитьany news on the review copies of the new speed champions/ technic f1 march sets?
ОтветитьYes was waiting for this!
Ответить$230 seems really steep to me. It's a great looking set, but that sounds like way too much.
ОтветитьIt's a pretty cool set, and I like all the detail inside. From the outside....it's a bit small and the glossy roof doesn't look great either And I did like the additional stuff from the original Ideas version If I was looking for an engine shed with around €200, I'd rather go for the one from BlueBrixx.
As for BDP, I quite like the concept, but I think they should get rid of the 30k limit to discourage scalpers. And I have a few issues with this wave. I don't mind this train shed, as it is unlike anything Lego has on offer. The Parisian Street looks like a lesser Modular set, and the Mountain Fortress feels a bit too close to the Lion Knights' Castle. The other two sets look fine, just not for me. And again a focus on expensive sets, with just one below €100....
I think that this set is a reference from set number 10027 Train engine shed. Think that the designer had this idea in mind. To be fair, i find bricklink or ideas sets, not really official lego sets but more like the mocs you can find online. (If they are official why not put them on there own official webstore since this feels more like a ''you're not good enough for us but we will make money of you'').
Ответитьi dont like the bricklink sets too much they just seem sketchy to me
Ответить😍😍😍
ОтветитьDo you think my old Lego 10020 Santa Fe would fit in there? Because of so, I will seriously be considering buying this, as it looks really great.
ОтветитьI have purchased and built two previous Bricklink sets and both building experiences were not enjoyable. While the builds look good in the end, I will not be pursuing any other Bricklink sets moving forward.
ОтветитьI think the program is much better than the current Lego ideas format. I must say I am now very tempted to buy this set, it’s a beautiful build! Great review
ОтветитьGreat set. Do you know if it will fit the crocodile locomotive?
ОтветитьMan, if only we had some nice official steam train models from Lego to put in it. I mean I guess you could use the Harry potter or orient express ones but they'd look a bit out of place in a dingy old shed. We need a tank engine or something.
ОтветитьReally cool model, hope it succeeds in crowdfunding run. I like the idea of BDP because it opens up opportunity to have our MOCs as sets without having a toy designer degree and working at Lego :)
ОтветитьVery nice.👍👍👍
ОтветитьI have been eyeing this one since they announced the finalist for series 1. So glad it can fit the regular lego train in it. Definitely one to buy.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI wish I had the money to buy 2 of each! 😂 I'm only gonna get 2 snack shack, as that's all I can spend...1 to build as I only found that one appealing, and 1 for investment. Nice review as always!
