Hi there, I watched this yesterday afternoon and had a splitting headache last night. Today have woken up with nausea, a horrible headache and vomiting. I know it’s definitely connected to this session as physically I have not been sick for three years. Not a headache not vomiting or anything. I read that I should tell the Reiki healer about my experience so I am sharing that with you today. I guess these physical symptoms will subside in due time. Do you recommend staying away from reiki for the time being or amping up the exposure? Thanks so much for sharing your power with us.

my first time receiving reiki. i naturally felt to open the palms of my hands to feel the receiving of the energy. i felt it through my hands and felt warmness at times. the moment you said the word "grounded" towards the end, i naturally felt to close my hands. while receiving, i imagined the imagery of the healing energy move through my body and i imagined being fully covered in this energy and the energy extending around me. i will come to this video often, thank you.
