Am I the only one who fishes within 5 miles of the house. Local streams are real fishing. These are fishing adventures but not required to fish and I hope people realize that real fishing that you can actually do can be plenty of fun you don't need 100k in the bank and a plane to fly fish. Good adventure though I guess. Just don't forget what got you into it and it's not 10,000 dollar trips

Sad the brown trout have crowed out the Cutthroat. That was a Cutthroat not a pure rainbow. Could be a hybrid but it had the red gill flaps and throat.

This may seem like an odd comment, but in response to your “small bladder”, I knew some guys who would wear adult diapers to football games so they didnt have to leave their seats and miss any of the game. Kind of gross sounding, but maybe an option when flying?

One of my favorite creeks. I was totally surprised when I saw it in the video. I’ve never saw a plane land there before. I did see one takeoff from the road along side the Smoke Creek Desert. I pulled off the road to let him take off.

These hiden gems need to be Protected and preserved for the future, you have to ask yourself do you tell people the location or keep it safe for the good of the fish . Ive been Fortunate in my lifetime to have found these hidden gems and ill keep them to myself .

What happens when you're in an area that is very "barren," has absolutely no fishing pressure, lots of fish food, and great water? You get to catch tons of brown trout. Just do us all a favor and NEVER reveal the location of this spot. You never want to let people know where you found a Unicorn.

This is my absolute dream stream, this is pure trout nirvana. There is no more exciting fishing on the planet than stalking good size wild trout in a brook you can literally step across. What makes it extra special is the sheer wilderness location and that the water is gin clear and a good depth throughout. What an absolute privilege to be able to fish this magical gem of a steam. Fabulous production values too, the finest think I’ve ever seen, just beautiful, top work.😁

I've only surf fished a few times with a spinning reel. Would that not work here? Seems like it would be more accurate.

I was waiting for you to say where you were but unless I missed it you never did. My thought right from the beginning was Illipah Creek. Am I right? I'm not a big fisherman but I camped there with a guy who was. I was shocked when he pulled such big trout out of such a small creek.
