Can anyone please tell me what addons or how hes able to see the prices of items on the right of screen its blue colored screen. Also how does he see dps increases and Explanations on the passive skill tree when he is looking at his passives? It even says some helpful info on his Inevitable Judgment passive how ignoring resistances can actually be bad. How do I get that aswell?

why is Inevitable Judgement reducing dmg? have the same problem with my build. Makes me confused and a lil mad since IJ was one of the main reason why i went for Inq.
