Well I wanna say thanks im trying to quit smoking I started around 10 and im 45 I don't wanna die a horrible death so im trying to stop now its very hard cigs name brand was 1.25 when I started buying em you could get generic for.98 cent. Now they are 5 to 7.50 a pk. Mine are 72.00 a carton my lungs are suffering I can tell so these video help om trying to watch all the negative things to help me wanna quit so thank you

Why is it that if you get caught trying to jump off a bridge by the police they take you into custody and take you to behavioral and health facility but not for slowly killing your self by smoking if it was a gun instead of a cigarette that's a different story attempting suicide is what anyone's trying to do when they smoke because every smoker knows that smoking will kill them and everyone else that smokes there time is coming every cigarette shortens there lives years I have smoked and still smoke for over 35 years of my 50 year old life I am dying and everyone can here me breathing like my father., Grandpa's ,grandma ,uncles cousins ,aunt's ,and friends that have all died.suffering everyday as they struggled to breath but unable to so Dr put them on oxygen tanks and machines till the day each of them passed on laying in a hospital with the hospice caring for them and giving them medicines that eased there stress and pain MORPHINE and then remove the oxygen and tube down your throat there eyes rolled to the back of there heads and they made noises inaudible to understand what they were trying to say and cunvulsed untill they passed away as the loved ones sat by the bed side I couldn't watch my father die so I hurried out of there and later on he passed away I was visited by his spirit as I swept at a imaging center I was a janitor at no one else was there it was closed and everyone was gone for the day when I felt the presence of someone entering the room I was sweeping and a voice told me I was sweeping wrong I thought it was my boss so I said what ever and I turned around to give a roll of my eyes but it wasn't my boss it was my father coming to say goodbye only he wasn't breathing poorly and he was smiling and at ease

I started smoking when I was 16 just because it looked cool in the movies or shows but now I can proudly say I stop smoking I’ve been a 1 year clean and I never wanna touch a cigarette
