How to do Factory Reset your Nintendo Switch?

Tbh it’s the most unreliable console I’ve ever owned.
Ever since I got it, I had an intermittent issue where it wouldn’t link up to the tv, sent it for repair twice both times they couldn’t find any issue despite me sending a video to them of all my other consoles working on the same hdmi cables.
Then one day after less than 2 years owning it and very rarely using it, it jams on the Nintendo logo screen and even the factory reset doesn’t work.

I think mine is fucked, when I do this exactly as shown in the video it gets as far as the Nintendo switch logo, makes a popping sound and turns off again
