3rd arm installation tool demonstration

Interstates developed this tool with the hopes to improve safety and productivity. Safety can be improved by keeping the material secure during the installation. Productivity can be improved by requiring only one person in the lift, the 3rd arm takes the place of a 2nd person because it can hold and position the material while the first person completes the installation. There are two versions of this tool. The basic version only has horizontal positioning while the more advanced tool adds vertical positioning.

The video shows a pipe vise as the hand but we are thinking there could be multiple styles/types of hands. Maybe a parts/tool tray as a hand option. Maybe a light fixture hand that can better hold and position light fixtures. Do you have any ideas for other types of hands?
