You can use this video to eliminate emotional triggers!! Include this proven 3 step thought process that rewires the subconscious. So before doing this video focus BRIEFLY on what is your biggest stressor for the day or week. Ask self "why is it a concern?" and "how can it be worse?" THEN immediately do this video. AFTER doing this video think of something that really makes you feel joyful. Then REPEAT THIS VIDEO 2 more times (doing the 3 steps). ОтветитьUnfortunately the breathe in breathe out so close to each other really throw me off. takes me much longer to do in breath so end up feeling disconnected from this meditation. I will say the minute flies by in what feels like just a couple of seconds
