Pointless video, where is the strategy?
ОтветитьYou mean if you’re a dual citizen, you’re ahead of the game.
ОтветитьConstantly think about tomorrow revenue, always have a backup plan.
ОтветитьHow much taxes are too much? From what amount of taxes per year should i consider to go offshore?
ОтветитьWould like to hear your thoughts on which Caribbean Island is best to start and run a company from. How do you feel about Turks & Caicos?
Ответить"Everything takes 3 times longer and harder". This is totally true. One or two more years later, You would better pick up my phone call!
ОтветитьI'm going through this kind of thinking right now, also having concern that it doesn't make sense to live in an expensive high tax country while working on pre-revenue startup, so the mobility for the founder is another reason to got offshore from the start. But in pre-revenue stage, I'm more concerned with the costs of offshore setup than with taxes, as the setup cost will use up the initial investment. Even if Singapore and New Zealand look like good offshore options in mid-term, they seem expensive for a small startup. So far the best choice that's really cheap seems to be Estonian program, with great mobility and really low setup costs, no office and no director requirements. I was thinking even about starting in Estonia and migrating again to Singapore after revenue comes in.
Ответить“Everything takes 3 times as long” haha yep!!!! I’m just waiting a little longer. Hopefully in January, I’ll be calling you guys.
ОтветитьAndrew please make videos on what and how to do with offshore companies and revenue/sales. I think this topic can be vastly expanded on. Thanks
ОтветитьItem to remember. If you are raising capital for a startup, an offshore structure can make it much more difficult to raise capital. This is even more important with early rounds in the USA.
