GOOGLE PLAY TARGET API LEVEL INSTALL FIX FOR UNITY PLAY ASSET DELIVERY

IN THIS VIDEO I SHOW HOW I INSTALLED MISSING TARGET API WITHOUT ANDROID STUDIO. GOOGLE REQUIRES 29 WHICH I HAD INSTALLED, BUT UNITY SAW 28 AS HIGHEST, SO I MANUALLY INSTALLED 30 AND SET IT IN UNITY, BECAUSE 31 IS FAILING TO GET INTO THE PLAY ASSET DELIVERY.
