What about sleep music any studies on it?
ОтветитьI feel so vindicated about late showers now. I was always told it was better to do it in the morning but i always felt better after evening showers.
ОтветитьWatching a video on sleep to be able to sleep 😂
ОтветитьBut like, sex is exercise. Most would do that before going to bed, and people sleep just fine afterwards.
ОтветитьWhat if I don't have any warm shower to go around where I live?
ОтветитьThat 2010 study is complete bullshit. Anecdotal evidence, respondents record their own evidence. Also correlation is does not mean causation.
ОтветитьI don’t understand why people don’t shower at night and prefer showering during the day, It just makes sense to get all cozy and in your PJs before sleep. Not showering before bed makes the bed really dirty anyways, imagine sweating all day and just hopping on bed like nothing happened.
ОтветитьEvery back sleeper I ever saw snored like a chainsaw. 😖
Ответить"What people think is more important than what they do?" So, the orange flesh lump gets great sleep then?
ОтветитьThe same scientists that told us covid vaccines are fine.. never believe scientists
ОтветитьWhen i became athlete i always have good&easy sleep. But when im not i feel hard to sleep. I experimented on myself exercise / pysical work make me have deeper sleep
ОтветитьNO WAY… so this whole time if I just BELIEVE I’m sexy, I can get good sleep??? 😱😱😱
ОтветитьWhy everything I like to do is wrong
ОтветитьFor me watching the phone makes me sleep faster. Maybe depends more on what you are watching and if it stimulates your brain more
ОтветитьOh... man this "science" are gonna kill us.
The REAL benefits of doing excercise outweigh the possible risk of doing it at the "wrong" time by far.
So stop listen to this nonsense and keep doing excercise whenever you feel like it and whenever you can. You'll sleep better.
And a cold shower before sleep will make your sleep amazing, specially after a long day of hard work and dont be gross and shower in the morning too!
Blue screen filters are for less eye strain not to help with sleep cycles. I can't see certain shades of blues and greens. Orange, to me is a monochromatic bluish grey. So the stronger the blue filter settings, for me, is more the opposite the effects 😂
ОтветитьBlue light has been debunked. Otherwise really good info.
Ответить"Everyone's favourite oral activity"
Yeah that's not eating food for me, keeps me up just the same.
No "expert" can tell YOU what YOUR ideal temperature for sleep is. IF you're having trouble, cooling down a bit MAY be helpful.
But trying to throw a specific number at it is absolutely goofy, as is trying to adhere to a such a prescription in which you are obviously uncomfortable "because science!'.
My dog let’s me know when it’s Ok to stop petting him and I am then allowed to turn over and attempt sleep. If I turn over too soon, his crying alerts me to my error.
ОтветитьWhen you want to sleep a bit on your stomach, just put your head right near the edge of the pillow to not have to turn your neck too much and have room for clear breathing.
ОтветитьI need something in my stomach to fall asleep. I can't sleep on an empty stomach, but I can't sleep if I eat too much either.
Ответитьi see that after sleep, on my bed
ОтветитьYay watching this at 1:23 am in bed
ОтветитьI am glad to know that I follow at least some of these already.
That pillow between your legs thing is interesting, though...
So I’m just meant to lay on a bed with no pillow or duvet, for 1 hour in pitch black like this 🧍♂️?
ОтветитьMe 6 minutes after midnight:
ОтветитьNo eating or drinking for up to 3h before bed time, but what's actually optimal time? We don't live in an ideal world, not many can actually plan their day this way. Is there any correlation that up to X minutes/hours the food affects the most? Also after 3 hours I'm already once again hungry and it doesn't help me fall asleep either 😅
Ответить- as i was watching this trying to wind down 😂
ОтветитьMe watching this while eating dinner almost midnight on a TV 😢 i am doing everything wrong 😅
ОтветитьWho else watched this laying in bed about to go to sleep. 😂
ОтветитьIt’s 1:26 am rn…
Ответить'Foods high in carb and sugar are extra tough to digest' is what you're saying, now I can't trust anything said over the internet
ОтветитьThe same researchers that released the blue light results did a follow up that proved the blue (wavelength) wasn't the problem but the intensity of the light (lumens). Blue light has no effect on sleep, just how bright the light is.
ОтветитьI'm in bed lying on my stomach with a firm pillow, just did some push ups and had a snack...
Ответитьwatching this while eating fried chicken in midnight 😭😂
Ответитьbut in my case, i love to take cold shower literally before i sleep. it makes my body feel comfortable to sleep. my country is a hot country, and i don't use air conditioner.
ОтветитьSounds like I've been doing everything perfectly so it's no surprise that I sleep well. 😁 I'm a bit surprised that there's only 10% back sleepers. There are even more stomach sleepers than us, wth!? I just wish there was a solution for our snoring. I don't smoke or drink, exercise plenty, normal weight and have no medical conditions but nothing works.
ОтветитьLol who sleeps sideways with one knee above another like that in a straight form?
ОтветитьWatching at 2am (of course)
ОтветитьQuestion, i dont read, what am i sposed to do for an hour before bed? Like shower for an hour?
ОтветитьOh shite. I did it all.
ОтветитьI shower at night yay
ОтветитьI've had a few requests to provide our Circadian Rhythm timeline graphic we used in this video. It is now available over on our Community Tab ☺
