Small Channels: Do THIS To TRIGGER The YouTube Algorithm!

I believe thumbnails are almost irrelevant. I use titles I would search myself.
I theory is, you should be able to easily search anything and find results quickly using keywords. If you can do that, you can make a viral video

So I gotta make all my titles hooks... There goes the fun in that

The people uses as awful thumbnail puts out specific content so its "brand recognition". as a viewer I look at the thumbnail (unless I know the person) then the length of the video. I don't always read the title tbh

After watching this I can see what the problem with my channel might be, I never do everyday things on camera, 🤔....not that I would go viral with that on day one of course, takes time... but I can see soooo many channels that have the most views do it, so could help me when it comes to getting a little bit more attention....I have to work that out, the details of that I mean because mine is a faceless channel I have to find the right way to do it...., so the challenge is even higher; gain notoriety plus not showing my face at the same time, it's not as easy as it sounds. Yet the people who see it must know it's me and I'm not trying to pull people's legs, desperate for views, lol. As a viewer myself I would hate that too 😒

as much as some of these strategies work on a majority of people, you've even explained that they work because they appeal to the human negative emotions, which are more likely to trigger a response out of fear, regret, or shock. these strats work well in the short term but have long term negative implications at scale, from mental health of the consumer to dissatisfaction of the creator.

After all, so many people are switching around unable to find fulfillment because they want a quick fix (like these negative emotion strategies), but are unable to provide longterm positive value to the world, which is why they feel unfulfilled.

I think these strategies might work just fine for a thumbnail, and title- but be aware of the effect they might have when abused, and try to make sure your actual video content is meaningful and inspiring or will instill some sort of longterm benefit/positive feelings to the audience. it is harder, but you get back what you put out- which is long term positive fulfillment.

I thought I had created a bomb thumbnail a couple days ago… until I saw the views the video got… yikes.. talk about a humbling experience. Back to the drawing board. 🥲

I still dunno how algorithm exactly work to get any videos more views . Last week , I went to watch the big event and took videos of the Pride 2023 in Brighton . I uploaded the videos and made the thumbnails that would catch the attention of the people. Some managed to get more views .

The "most devastating losses of all time" is powerful. This style of titles gives some otherwise mid creators more authority than they deserve at times. After watching such videos I snap out of it and just think "wait! what do you know about this topic you stupid kid in your 20's?" lol. Strong title template for sure.
