Years later and I still have the same 120ml bottle of the nano polymer adhesive and its the best stuff ive ever used, i know these days you really dont need it but the security of knowing I will never ever have an issue with bed adhesion because of it is worth that one time cost
ОтветитьI'm Awesome!! I made it easily all the way through. You should definitely go back to Vision Miner. I love what they are doing.
Ответитьloves these guys they have taught me all i know in HT
ОтветитьHe said thats why my grey is beard lol
ОтветитьRob is Shroud's brother confirmed?
ОтветитьSuccess is made of failures.
ОтветитьEnough fake admiration & congratulations. It shows off. Just be authentic & sincere & no need to add extra excitement about the roll being in metal. Has it gotten so hard to act normal & just simple?
ОтветитьBest part: "That's why my GREY is BEARD MANN!!!!" lmao
ОтветитьIt was a modded Lulzbot Taz converted to print Ultem, not an Ultimaker. I made it. We were going to use liquid cooling, I have the liquid cooler in my office still, but decided to go for compressed air cooling instead as then you don’t have to worry about leaks.
ОтветитьInstead of FDM, why not sinter such a material, if it’s difficult otherwise.
ОтветитьI cant understand Why ppl should buy a 30-50k fdm printer…who wants an ugly overpriced piece of plastic?
Ответитьsir we will try 3d print a very small satellite and send it to space with a 3d print rocket.
Do we have ask for permission from NASA?
I am based in india
Their nano polymer adhesive is 10/10 the best ive worked with
Ответитьgreat info. Just a little funny about being surprised about aluminum not melting in an oven like that. lol
ОтветитьIt's going into space.
Literally everything is in space.
Bro is wearing a fake audemars t3 watch.....why wear a fake if you making all this money?
Ответитьthose fail prints are all worth in just fillment probably around a grand lol
ОтветитьSo how far from the consumer is this? 5 years?
ОтветитьI'm confused, Fortis had been doing this for 15 years. Just expensive.
ОтветитьYou should see if you can do a review of the Vision Miner 22 IDEX
ОтветитьThey must have a weed printer in there.
ОтветитьMan. This ol' boy has some serious Billy Mays type energy goin on
ОтветитьI was expirimenting with an actively hested chamber for polycarbonate and learned the hard way they you ABSOLUTELY need active cooling solutions on the electronics and if you can, they need to be completely removed from the enclosure.
ОтветитьThx joel u brought this fella to the world. I need to get that.
ОтветитьI hope you can get over that bad cold you've been having for the last 8 years
ОтветитьMAKING THE MOTHER OF ALL 3D PRINTERS HERE JACK, CAN'T FRET OVER EVERY SPAGHETTI PILE
Ответитьwith White glue alone I have managed to rip chunks of glass on my heated bed when printing ABS. this pain is all too real.
ОтветитьI've met Rob at some 3D shows, very cool guy. Didn't know he was working on this epic stuff
ОтветитьFor that PEEK/CF part, why didn't NASA just use laser sintering? Seems like it could have avoided a lot of problems there, considering the volume of part they're trying to make and R&D costs need for 3D printing that small
ОтветитьI use this nano polymer adhesive all the time! So cool to hear the origin story!
ОтветитьMay I ask how do you guys deal with residue strength? I tried to print with ultem but it kept pealing away from the bed
ОтветитьUses nylon cable ties to hold on water pipes in heated chamber lol and lol
ОтветитьI m just here waiting for Rob to say "DUDE".
ОтветитьThought I was a bad ass for printing pa6-cf.
ОтветитьYeah those belts are gonna have to get replaced quite often
ОтветитьFailing Fast, but Failing Foward!!!
ОтветитьJoel we need more videos like this! <3 it
Ответитьlol its a metal reel wow man
ОтветитьPatrick is annoying as hell, I couldn't talk to that bloke for longer than 30 seconds. I don't understand why alot of Americans think they have to yell when talking to people.
ОтветитьMade it to near the end not knowing it was an ad for a build plate adhesive.
Ответитьwow
ОтветитьThe dude looks like Stive-o ……… xD
ОтветитьOMG!! NO!! thanks 4 that?
ОтветитьThis guy should be selling stuff on the shopping channel. He's got presence lol.
ОтветитьDAMN.
I was gonna make a heated enclosure for my printer for Polycarbonate but i'm debating giving up now. then again polycarbonate won't need a 140c chamber probably! maybe 60-70 is enough for PC
I'm surprised they're using belts in there, most gt2 belts get destroyed above 80c
Dont lean and pat your hand on the printer when its running bro! Dude´s printing for nasa he probably dont want your vibrations visible in the print :-D
