ОтветитьHey doctor..Chronic fissure heals if we take a proper diet....or it needs surgery??
ОтветитьMine didn't heal until the vitamin d deficiency was found. Get your bloods done to rule out nutrition issues.
ОтветитьGood doctor cut the waffle.
ОтветитьSo that means no anal sex for at least 6 weeks
ОтветитьStds are also a risk factor for anal fissure and hemorrhoids
ОтветитьI m sorry pls don't put these kind of negative videos cz was suffering from that had a surgery
ОтветитьThis video has cheered me up so much. I have recurrent fissures associated with a rectocoele and over distension and I’ve been suffering for years. I have just got my diet sorted and things seem to be getting better but progress is slow. I lay a tray in the evening with four mugs for hot drinks, four glasses, my helping of lactulose and psyllium tablets, some nuts and dried cranberries, a banana, and two small (50ml) helpings of prune juice. I make sure this tray is empty at the end of the day. I also regularly use a sitz bath after every bowel movement and I do my pelvic floor exercises whilst sitting on it and in the bath. Hope these ideas might help someone.
ОтветитьMy adult son had a horrendous case of fissures ( affecting even his job). I told him about a Ayurvedic ancient herb called Triphala. It is an ancient combination of 3 fruits that does amazing things to your elimination system. No straining etc. It has been so life changing that he will not go one day without taking 2 tablets. Many say that it is the best thing out of India. Just putting it out there. More than a decade without it flaring again.
ОтветитьWhere are you located? God bless you because this pain is excruciating to a 10
ОтветитьAnd one more thing. Constipation isn't a natural thing, there's probably imbalance in the colon between bad and good bacteria. As an IBS sufferer and candida infection is way more difficult to get the desired bowel movements. Rashes, constipation, bloating, can all be also a result of candida infection, yeast infection. Severe itching may also be an indication of parasites in the body, which would explain constipation.
Before turning to dangerous laxatives as some are, try to fix your gut motility.
Many drinks now exsist for gut lining repair. That's a crucial step.
I refuse to believe that the medical field doesn't have an answer to this.. impossible.
All u need is something to protect, cover up the injury for a few minutes, that should be it! Otherwise your body can heal alone.
Doctors also told me to keep the fissure always moist which i disagree. Was bleeding much worse with a soft and vulnerable scar.
Also, i think, speaking for my own experiences, soft stool or diarrhea does severely more damage down there. So no laxatives here but probiotics, water after meals, especially solid one's.
Maybe some soluble fiber as psyllium and other sorts bulks up too much and down there isn't ready for such volume.
I also bought a mini vibrator to keep it close for 5mins per day to increase blood flow. Dilating (we have dilators specifically made for anal stretching) the inside area.
As am always in search for new approaches was wondering.. if creams for canker sores would benefit the fissure, at least for the trip to the toilet time. As mouth and ass have similar mucosal lining and if it's good for your mouth to protect the sore from tearing and pain, would it work for anal area also?
You can find those solutions without alcohol, doesn't burn, doesn't irritate.
After all, all you need is that protective layer for few minutes so the fissure won't crack.
Wondering.
Might try it.
I’m so glad. I came across ur page. Thanks for the info💜
ОтветитьIs it ok to take softner if fissure is back
ОтветитьI was told they only heal with surgery.
ОтветитьDesitin.
Ответитьvery informative and helpful content
ОтветитьSuch a kind, positive explanation, thank you Doctor.
ОтветитьFor me it was severe stress that cause an anal fissure in late 2012 and it lasted for a good year. Only by the beginning of 2014 was I really getting better. My doctor was not very sympathetic but he did prescribe steroid suppositories that did eventually help. Dealing with the source of the stress was the biggest factor in getting better. On a pain scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst I would say the pain was a 12, the very worst pain I've ever experienced.

ОтветитьI had a chronic one for 7 years (developed during pregnancy) misdiagnosed as hemmies.
LIS 4 months ago with a phenomenal doctor. I've had 2 instances since then where there is bleeding and pain, always after I decide to try exercising again (running and bodyweight pilates) - I'm SO frustrated!
How much longer should I avoid exercise?

I just want to know everyone thay u can heal fissure by yourself at home.
I healed it after suffering 1.5 month i found a way out of it. I know it felt like hell now i got my life back. Let me share the things that works for me and healed me in a week.
1. Take a sitz bath 4/5 times a day (sitz bath means sitting in hot water as much u are comfortable with the heat.)
2. Apply the anaesthetic gel at the anal area.
3. Apply boroline cream inside the anal area and outside the anal area
4. Try to take 1 spoon of isabgool (pysyllium husk) with 2 glass of water
5. Drink at least 8/10 glass water in a day.
This is why logically, fasting makes the best sense.
