i came back to this game after 8 years and this was what i choose to build in december, even though the build says i need to change to short bow 6L , i still just play with concotion just freestyling with gems. make sure you the best support gems for shield and concotion and make sure you have a lot of mobility.

I am planning to start this build now to practice for next league. With a budget of 250chaos, can I clear full atlas?

This is a Great Starter Build to play for a Week, Before farming up more Currency and accumulating a few Divines and starting over with a Second Build. I don't think it makes sense to invest much in this Build, I think I will invest maybe some 10 - 15 Chaos into it. I doubt we can get most of Uniques mentioend here within Week 1.
