Create is like having a girlfriend.

It might be worth asking Iskall to make the tracks cheaper - even if it's at the expense of making stations or bogeys more expensive. It seems like a lot of VH servers are looking to connect distant locations with trains, and the "distant" part means expensive tracks will stop people from trying.

On the other hand, automation with trains is very powerful and I can see Iskall trying to prevent an obvious "meta", so making the train stops or the bogeys themselves more expensive would be a fair trade-off.

good thing i am preparing for create since a while i have soo many blocks of raw chromatic iron now was just waiting for the create multiplying also tons of vault stone too just from random finds while looking for the chromatic iron so have fun

I've been modifying the recipes in vault hunters since 1.16 version. I find some of the recipe changes silly and needlessly grindy. Especially things that can't be used in the vault. I think the questions devs need to ask themselves is "does this add" and imo it doesn't. It simply takes away from the create mod as well as others. I want to go o to the vault for the excitement adventure amd cool loot. You dont have to make me go in so i can get cogs amd casings not to mention 9 specofic legendary gems for basic power generation and farming. Especially when most farms can be achieved in a vanilla form without needing to use mods or the vault like the OP raid farm. Loot pouches and magic botania trinkets costing "magic" gems found in the vault makes sense. The pack is very clearly designed for professional content creators that play 12 hours a day and feels very inaccessible to the casual player. So far the only recipes I've left VH style are botania pouches and the mining and building gadgets and lasers.

I can see chromatic iron becoming an issue in the mid to late game. It's used in basically every single recipe for the basic components of every mod (including making vault rocks), but theres no way (that I know of) to farm it passively.

It would be nice to see a create recipe that turns iron nuggets into chromatic iron nuggets that can be set up for the late game.
Something like 1 refined carbon surrounded by 8 iron nuggets makes 1 chromatic iron nugget and refined carbon is the 9x carbon pieces recipe it currently is with carbon pieces made by crushing coal/charcoal. This would make it strong for late game but balanced due to it costing a lot to get going and take a lot of set up with cobble generators, tree farms, smelting arrays, multiple crushing wheels, auto crafting rigs x2.


It reminds me a lot of sand in vanilla Minecraft, plenty around but isn't renewable outside of exploits (I get its super common in regular vault chests but imagine building with it, then also requiring it for basically every modding thing you make then also requiring it for making crystals to get into vaults as well. Even large reserves will get chewed up insanely quickly).

Create is cheap if you don't want to build a crazy train system :) Get the crushing wheels set up early would help you as you can double chromatic iron with them.

When you realise that the resistance's opposition was a king who is now retired, and another King who might be required after a month, and as such one of the resistance people could become the new enemy...

You don't need glue for the sails. You just need to attach them to a block that'll be rotating.

You can make a "weighted ejector" to cycle the unfinished train tracks. It's a pretty fun way to do that since it throws the item in the air and you can choose where to throw it.

Why not nether as it shortens the track

I have a fun idea to increase the amount of pogs people have: The Gem Swap Shop. You create a shop where people put in vault gems they don't need and then put a sign in there above the gem renamed to show what gem they'll trade it for and the player's name. Then people can come in and look at the vault gems and swap their gems they have excess of for ones they lack. They'll swap the gems and then rename the sign to say something like paid and then the original player's name.

Add a weighted ejector at the end of your tracks contraption, with a brass funnel after it that filters on finished tracks. And have it eject at the start of the belt.

And don't forget to crush your chromatic iron ore with the wheels to double it. With a couple chromatic rooms in vaults, you'll be good.

Don't know if it is enabled in the game but you should be able too add unbreaking efficiency and mending too the sand paper. This way you can make it faster and last longer
