you are wise
ОтветитьWow! Everyone who ever tried to teach me theory absolutely sucked!!! This was so helpful it almost makes me mad lol, thank you.
ОтветитьBrilliant teaching. thank you.
Ответитьthis is really good thank you!
ОтветитьThis is pure gold. Thank you!
ОтветитьR u supposed to memorize the circle of fifth charts? Somebody help me please
Ответитьthis was by far the best explanation of the circle of 5ths i've heard, prior to this I had a vague sense of relatedness between chords but didn't really understand the underlying mechanics of that.
ОтветитьThank you.
Ответитьthank you for your great explanation of this
ОтветитьA really fabulous explanation of the circle of 5ths, and modes, Mike. Thanks a ton.
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks!
ОтветитьFinally, I understand it now.
Thank you so much for explaining it so beautifully.
I sub, and will follow you
Is this rotation for sale
ОтветитьWould you be willing to make a rotating circle of fifths so that we at home can just turn the wheel and practice different cord progression, I would pay a fair price for it Thanks for the lesson
ОтветитьThank for this! Also Hotel California moves in fifth s 😅
ОтветитьI probably need to watch this a couple more times for it to sink in. It’s very good. I didn’t quite get exactly why the widget rotated to the Dm in the aoleon example.
ОтветитьIt's the cycle of fifths, not the circle. You can organise the cycle into a circle, but it's still the cycle of fifths, not the circle. Don't try to teach until you get this right. You're passing along bad information.
ОтветитьWell done Mike, Took classical lessons as a kid and never delved big into the theory of the circle of fifths, just understood it as the trip up through the sharps and down through the flats. This tutorial makes it so easy to understand their relationships for song writing, or be able to listen to any song and recognizing the different modes or progressions used. Very cool.
Ответитьthank you so much! i was so stucked what the hell is key about and now i've got it haha Bless you and happy new year!
ОтветитьThis has got to be the best of the best explanations I have seen. Thanks!
ОтветитьThat was so damn confusing and complicated. lol And you started out saying it wasn't.
ОтветитьI tried to watch, but I was too distracted by your epically beautiful hair.
ОтветитьThe circle of 5ths is the periodic table of elements to the informed or seeking musician in music...!
ОтветитьI recently purchased The Chord Wheel by Jim Fleser and used this video to help learn how to use it. Thanks for a clear cut explanation without all the music mumbo jumbo.
ОтветитьDamn homie u dropped a bomb of knowledge on me
ОтветитьVery Helpful, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thanks
ОтветитьA really great video. Extremely helpful
Ответитьthis explanation helps me a lot. I now understand more about the transposition of chods of a song from different octaves. tnx sir Mike
ОтветитьThis is great! 👍🏼
ОтветитьThank you. God bless you
ОтветитьAn excellent explanation. So well put together. Thank you!!
ОтветитьIt's amazing the difference a good teacher makes. I've tried to get my head around this a few times without much success.... Until now.
Thank you for sharing,.
Subbed w
Ответитьhello mike, never heard of your YT channel before. this must be the 20th video i watch to try and understand the circle of fifths, im not even halfway through and its making incredible sense to me for the first time on how it works. im subscribing rn, great work my bro!
ОтветитьI'm not very smart at music theories but when you explained modes , I sort of hear Do Rae Me Fa So La Ti Do .
ОтветитьBest video ever
Ответитьthis is great! you are genius
ОтветитьBlah blah blah lol
ОтветитьI've never played keys in my life and only took a brief, single semester guitar class in high school, which I failed. After a few videos and several hours just banging around on my midi controller, I feel like I am able to actually play. I even found a few basic progressions to existing songs just by listening for them and knowing now what chords look like and how they interact. Thank you for this video
Ответитьwow this was great
ОтветитьSo should you memorize the circle and the outer circle layers, or just reference it when writing?
ОтветитьVery helpful, thank you. The moving template that outlines the diatonic chords and how to use it to change chord progressions like you did with Pacabel's was particularly useful.
ОтветитьThank you so much for such a visual greatly made informative video, which taught me music theory I would haved payed much for in lectures. Very grateful. :))
ОтветитьThis all made perfect sense - thank you!
ОтветитьThis is insanely helpful to me, I can play most of the chords on the chart but the concept of different keys has always confused me greatly and so I've only played by ear. I have wasted plenty of hours trying out chords to see which match well, where with the circle of fifths I have a much clearer idea of what my options are.
ОтветитьYou earned a sub. Great content. Thanks so much.
Ответитьthanks ever so much very clear explanation. understand alot more. fantastic content.
