so many things are wrong when it comes to the encounter
First, Legendaries can’t just spawn in the wild like that.
Sencondly mega evolved/primal reverted Pokémon cannot spawn in the wild. Impossible
Thirdly, the Pokémon only appears shiny in the encounter screen, it’s never shiny when in the wild.
Fourth, The heck is that cp
