ОтветитьThe idea of needing a gym to get strong needs to be discouraged more often. If you have 30 minutes, and we all do don't lie lol, then you can get strong. Pushups, pullups, squats, lunges, planking, shadow boxing/kickboxing, basically doing any of these with intensity in short bursts to elevate the heart rate, its as easy as that people, the "hard part" most people can't get past is the will power to get off your lazy ass and get going, once you've begun and adapted to a specific routine, it becomes fun and challenging. My dude has some awesome advanced training though no doubt, my back feels these already and I haven't tried this yet....

ОтветитьHi Phil, I want to start "The Grind" program but I know that my Max strength is relatively low, I just want to know how much I should be able to Squat/deadlift/bench at a bodyweight of 180lbs before starting the program.

ОтветитьHey Coach! Thank you for another quality upload. I use the TRX straps all the time at my gym but never seen these exercises and will incorporate them into my back workout. I wanted to put my vote in again for an instructional on Clubbell/Macebell exercises with carry over to Boxing/MMA just in case you needed video ideas ;)
