I done as per your Instruction, after i wrote "AdskLicensingIstHelper list.... it gives me C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper>AdskLicensingInstHelper list
invalid character '\x00' looking for beginning of value

Sir it's not at all asking single/multi user but it is showing Run or activate once I activate after entering serial code and next page it is showing internet connection is required.
