Fake copyright claims... EXPLAINED & SOLVED!

While i so appreciate this video and all the wisdom and experience of the creator, getting copyright claim within 30 days is unacceptable to me! In my experience of receiving bogus copyright claims that eventually get removed weeks later, I NEVER see the so called revenues put in escrow during claim even after it is removed. I don't know if YT, the fake claimant or someone else is pocketing this money that I spent alot of time and money (including buying royalty free music) creating, I barely see maybe 4 CENTS (!) after removed! PLUS, everytime I live stream the video, I get another exact SAME claim that I have to waste time to get removed. THE WHOLE COPYRIGHT CLAIM PROCESS IS A SCAM!

THIS HAPPENED WITH ZELDA 2’s TEMPLE THEME MUSIC! SOME SWEDISH GUY PUT HIS VOICE OVER IT NOW NO ONE CAN USE THE THEME WITHOUT A CLAIM! NINTENDO SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

That guy that made the chick fila song sounds like a idiot that would steal someone’s song and try to make money

It isn’t just happening to music, it’s happening to intros too. I’ve been copyright striked numerous times JUST for my intro that I’ve used since July 26, 2014

Its just happened to us on one video where we have used 2 royalty free tracks. These jokers from We Are Era Music BV tried to copyright strike us - twice. We dismissed both times and stated reasons why but both strikes were upheld. We then appealed and stated the music was sourced in good faith from royalty free / free to use sources and that from a legal standpoint We Are Era have no claims on the music. Finally they walked away and dropped it. They don't have a claim on such music and they know it. Don't let them bully you!

_CS probably means Copyright Strike, but idk anything else. maybe they're connected somehow?

lol this just happened to me by some guy that reuploaded a no copyright / creative commons music as "My Angel (Virgo) (Remastered)" with some terrible autotune

These assholes keep doing it to me. For one, my channel is not monetized. Two, these jerks are trying to do it on public domain songs. Total bullshit.

I use free copyright music on my videos and credit them in my description as they wanted me to do so I get a copyright claim from them I disputed . Earlier today I get a email saying good news your claim have been solved by soundvault limited now my question is was this all fake the copyright claim if soundvault limited is fake ??

Dude I swear to God what is wrong with some people there's literally people out there making false fake copyright claims on other people's work I had it done to me tonight on one of my songs I made some douchebag came and claimed my song like a few seconds of it climbing it's in his song so I go I look up the song and it doesn't even damn exist no song of what was being claimed I'm supposedly infringing does not even exist like what the hell man why why do people got to do that why you got to try to make a fake copyright claim on a song I made with some song that doesn't even exist

I received a copyright claim from TuneCore. It looks like they extracted some public domain music from my video, and embedded it into a video which was recently made. This allowed them to make a claim against my video. Has this happened to anyone else?
