I love how he mispronounced most name almost criminally, and the one time he pronounced one almost exactly right, he says he is not sure that's the pronunciation

I'm playing currently in my 5th season with Real Sociedad and I have to say the first 1-3 years are the hardest when it comes to money. Because you almost try to buy these young talents as fast as possible at the start so they get the Home-Grown-Status for international competition. I play with realism mod so i guess doing transfers is extremly hard. Also La Liga, 2 League and 3 League rules with the salary cap are very bad executed when it comes to the B and C team because I cant generate enough money to keep payable wages for my young talents. I always rely on U19 no registration rule. But my experience so far with transfers:

1. Lamine Yamal became best youngster after 3th season and a world class player.

2. I bought Joao Rego in my 2th season and Noah Darvich in my 3th season. I fill my U19 and B and C Squad with Regens because I have to fill 8 HGN and 4 HGC registration rule for UCL. Noah Darvich is in the 5th season almost 90 millions worth and ccould become world class.

3. Signed Bardghji for 10M, Soticek 5M, Dorgu 8M, Silva 54M, Carnesschi 3M, Marsa 3M, Bitshiabu 13M, Yoro 3M, Bove 13M, Veloso 20, Kusi Asare 12M, Darvich 3M, Sotelo 20M, Esposito 12M.

4. I always look out for best staff, best personality, determination minimum 14, natural fitness minimum 11, cheap buy price, under 19 years old or finishing 19 years old in that season where the birthday to become 20 is between september to december the year, means the player will also get HGC status if you buy that player in the winter at 19 years old is a crazy cheat code because the player only has to be 2 and a half year at your club to get HGC status. Is this a bug?

5. My best players are currently Bardghji, Silva, Carnesschi, Bitshiabu, Veloso, Kusi Asare, Darvich, Sotelo and Esposito. Its easy to find good Striker and Winger talents, but it is really hard to find good goalkeepers, Wing Backs and Midfield talents. Especially with my 4-1-4-1 tactic I have to buy players with minimum height 185cm for my CMD position. Never overspend on talented strikers, Wingers and Central Defenders. You win most of the games when you have the better Wingers, Wing Backs and Midfield.

PS. direct Free Kicks are useless this year. The goalkeeper always defends direct Free Kicks even when the player has curve the ball and good free kick stats. I have only scoared 1 Free Kick goal in 5 years. That is unrealistic.

Was able to sign Restes for only 10-12 Millions on my save because Toulouse got relegated so he requested the transfer...🤣💥😅

Ouedrago is Goat on my Arsenal save. Can play anywhere and excel. Nypan and VanPersie great but injury prone and constantly injured, did I get unlucky?

My best young player from this year wasn't what you would normally consider a wonder kid
Skelly Alvero from Lyon became a crucial part of my Blackburn "Galacticos" side signing for 1.5 Million as an 18 year old by age 21 he was helping me dominate Europe and England
6'8 Centre mid with well balanced stats worth 10+ goals a season from long throws and corners

First time looking at one of these fm videos and I’m absolutely ecstatic I’ve got a Luton save and I have a few of these wonderkids looking forward to the future with them

DeBast from Belgium has been my favorite wonderkid, besides Ouedraogo. A center back that had super high passing like that is amazing.

Pafundi is my favourite this year. The bloke got 35g 30a just in the prem for my Chelsea team. Madness

Best of the rest is an interesting name for the second tier 😂

I was lucky, in my first save, got a 197cm Turkish Wonderkid generated Striker, bro literally Zlatan on roid by the time he’s 19. Sadly, I don’t think I can keep him before 23😅

U can usually get Darvich via Loan with Buy option of 18 Mil, and hes always amazing for me

Tygo land is a great player picked him up on a free he’s a midfielder/attacking midfielder he is short to start off with but grew in height quite a lot in my save and has 16 finishing in cm

Roony has done the business for me, 17 million 30 goal contributions in his first season

Assan Quedraogo has to be my GOAT. i had a great Dortmund team so turned him into a complete wing back on the right side. he's been tearing it up. scores loads and is a work horse

Only 8 million and is good right from the very beginning with insane development

Personally I think it’s great that you factor in price 👍🏻 just personal preference, but gives more realistic pool of great talent you can actually get.

Bardghji is absolutely amazing, 3 years into FM23, an 18 year old Bardghji took the starting RW spot from Anthony Gordon on my Everton save. Haven’t played much 24 but on a save where I started out at Palermo and moved to Inter 2 years in, he was Inters first choice RW at just 19.
